New Publication

My paper will be published in the journal Nucleic Acids Research in January. However, the advanced online publication can be found here. It is about a database that myself, my mentor Mark, and our software engineer Dave designed of > 13,000 genes that we analyzed for evidence of human-specific positive (Darwinian) selection. Enjoy! -Gabrielle

i Once Was An iPod

I received an iPod for Christmas about 5 years ago. It worked properly for about 6 months then it all went down hill. The 8 hour battery dwindled to 2 hours, 1 hour, 45 minutes, and finally to about 20 minutes. It was the constant crashes that really did it in. On Thursday, October 18th, the piece of junk formally known as Gabrielle's iPod breathed its last breathe. This is my revenge.

We all feel much better now.

Hello! Welcome to our blog!

I just wanted to be the first to post! I'll try to post if possible while I'm in Kyoto! Later!
